I am the owner of Good Taste Foods, LLC--a local vending services company. The double-paned glass front of one of my refrigerated machines had developed a haze (likely from a broken seal). I desperately needed a replacement, as I was scheduled to place the machine at a new client location. I called several glass companies and they refused to cut glass for a vending machine. I called New Castle Glass on a Saturday afternoon and spoke to a lovely woman (who I presume was the owner) who listened patiently and told me to bring my existing glass to the shop first thing Monday morning (7 AM) and ask for Brian. I did so and, boy, was he helpful. Brian was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the kinds of glass in stock and recommended laminated glass. He offered to cut the glass immediately. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! I couldn't believe it--the glass fit exactly like the original piece--Brian even added foam tape around the edges of the glass to provide a snug fit. I am so glad I stumbled upon this place. It will definitely be my go-to destination for my future glass needs!
